Yes, fat keeps us warm, protected, and alive. But too much of a good thing can be, well, bad. If you're trying to pare down your pot belly, nibble on these
I'd be careful with this Enova stuff, since both canola and soy are almost GMO meaning they tend to be soaking in pesticides. What about liver supporting foods, such as leafy greens, lemons or apples? Not only is the liver responsible for fat metabolism, when the liver can't do its job, toxins are stored in fat. What about cinnamon, which has been shown to help manage blood sugar levels? When your blood sugar levels are normalized, less cortisol is released, meaning less belly fat. Hormone control in general is key, I'm adding a spoon of maca powder to my green smoothies every day!

How many people eat only the healthiest of cereals, I am sure that my Cocoa Puffs do not have the best nutritional information but they sure do taste mighty good.

Why are you recommending this oil when it has been taken off the market?????? In September 2009 the manufacturer voluntarily discontinued distributing the oil for reasons chiefly involving levels in the oil of potentially carcinogenic substances called glycidols. The manufacturer stands behind the product and its safety, but is attempting to reformulate the oil to reduce these unwanted compounds. Time will tell about whether they are successful in that endeavor

Why can't you post all the points on the same page? It's just so annoying to click over and over to see another point.
