I think maybe there are one or two items on the list that I could consider healthy and I have to agree with HEGGS.

Nutrition goes far beyond calories, sodium, fibre, sugar and the macronutrients. While I'm sure they are better on a relative scale than some of the crap out there, how can a product with so many additives and preservatives be considered healthy? A good rule of thumb is that if you don't recognize an ingredient, it probably isn't good for you.
