Reach Squat
Hold a five- to eight-pound weight in your right hand. Extend your right arm straight in front of you and lower your torso parallel to the floor while lifting your left leg behind you. Do a quarter squat with your right leg, return to start, and switch sides. Do two sets of 10 to 15 reps on each leg.
