Perfectly toned arms make shopping for tank tops something to look forward to. Do these arm exercises, designed for weight-room novices, two non-consecutive days a week for 8 weeks and you'll have good reason to beg for a higher credit limit.

GET STARTED: Complete all sets of the "A" moves first--do one move followed by the next, resting 60 seconds between moves until you've completed the recommended number of sets. Then move on to the "B" moves. (Disclaimer: WH does not assume responsibility for tank-related debt).
